List of Subprocessors
SymbiozAI (SASU, SIREN 103 609 244, registered office in Lyon 69003, France) engages subprocessors to provide its Service. This page lists these subprocessors and is kept up to date.
SymbiozAI imposes on each subprocessor a written contract containing data-protection obligations that are substantially equivalent to and no less protective than those to which SymbiozAI is itself bound, and remains liable for their performance.
Commitment to notify changes
We undertake to:
- notify any change of subprocessor (addition or replacement) at least 30 days in advance;
- allow our customers to subscribe to these notifications in order to be informed of changes to this list;
- grant each customer a right of objection within 30 days following the notification, on legitimate grounds relating to data protection.

Transfers outside the European Union
For subprocessors established in or processing data outside the European Union, transfers are framed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and by appropriate supplementary safeguards, in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR. The main hosting of the infrastructure is located within the European Union.
